Term And Condition For Return / Exchange

We accept exchanges for dresses under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The dress must be unworn and in original condition.

All tags must be attached and intact.

The dress must be returned in its original packaging, if applicable.

Size exchange is chargeable An exchange fee of ₹150 ___will be charged for arranging reverse pickup and re dispatch.

Exchanges must be requested within the specified return/exchange window (please refer to your receipt or our website for details).

Dresses that show signs of wear, have had tags removed, or are returned outside the exchange period will not be eligible for exchange.

You need to pay ₹150 for exchanges due to personal preferences such as size or color changes. This charge also applies even if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival
